Refund Policy

Though we strive to give you a great  Satisfaction in our Services....If any un avoidable circumstance above our control if there is any refund is Applicable we are happy to process Refund to you as per below Terms & Conditions.

• Refunds will be processed with in 10 to 15 Working Days.
• Mode of Payment will be NEFT or Cheque Deposit to Client account .
• No Cash Refund Allowed.
• Our Receipt is valid only for 3 Months,Customers must collect their Documents and Refunds { If Applicable } within the validity of receipt,

Visa Services

• Almost all countries Visa fees are Non refundable,If Visa is rejected no Refund will be processed on account of visa fees and Charges.
• In case, the applicant withdraws the visa process in between, we shall not be liable to offer any or refund.

Visa Fees Refundable :

Some countries Like China - visa fee will be paying at the time of Approval of Visa, If visa is refused for that like countries see below for refund procedures,

• If refunding, the service tax is non -refundable
• VFS fees Will not be Refundable
• Courier Charges
• Trawellday service Charges Not Refundable.

Certificate Attestation

• Submission of fake or bogus documents for HRD / MEA /Embassy Attestation will be considered as Criminal offence,No Refund will be processed and will be imposed extra Penalty and will initiate Legal action against the person who Submitted such Documents.
• In case, the applicant withdraws the Attestation process in between - No Refund will be process on Service Charges,Verification Charges and Courier Charges.
• In case,Embassy / Authorities refuse to do attestation on your Certificate in any circumstance you are liable to pay our Expenses ( Minimum Rs 2000/- ) including Courier Charges/other attestation charges and service Charges .
• Incase you are submitted for Urgent / Super fast Service and not processed in offered Working Days due to Embassy Holidays / official issues ,your Service charges will be reduced to the next slab as per working days taken.If Cash is paid you will be Refunded the difference cash.
