1. Passport copy 1st and last page + Previous USA Visa Pages if any

Other Documents Required :

•   Hotel accommodation proof or  passport copy from the inviter
•   Employment confirmation and leave approval  (HR letter)
• Last 03 months Pay slips,  Last 06 months bank statements (Downloaded from net will do), Last 03 years IT returns  copies
• Copies of any assets in India
• Valid passport (validity should be 06 Months from the date of return)  + photo copy of 1st page and last page + Old Passports
  

• There are 02 Appointments required, one for to give biometric  (Finger prints – OFC System) and another for to attend visa interview at Consulate (we will schedule and inform to applicant the dates for visa interview and for biometric)
• Applicant needs to carry below documents for Biometric (At the time of Biometric Finger prints will be taken and photo will be clicked at the same time)
• DS-160 Confirmation copy...we will provide 
• Interview confirmation copy..we will provide
  

Visa stamping takes 5 working days after successful interview

Important Notes :

With Immediate Effect, USA Consulate has made Appointment mandatory for visa renewal applications, Applicants who are eligible for interview waiver have to schedule an appointment for submission of application as drop box category at one of the US visa application Centers in India..
