Student Packages with a combination of attractive services designed to make the student visa application process hassle free and flexible will be launched with effect from 15thJuly.

Updates from Schengen Missions
Denmark: For all Long term applications the Visa fee must be paid online.
France: Application form and registration receipt (checklist) must be filled online for all applicants. This is applicable for applicants applying within the Chennai jurisdiction
Norway: Appointments and online VFS fee payments are mandatory. Change in Checklists ( refer attachment)
Sweden: No manual corrections in the application form will be accepted. In case of any corrections, please ensure that fresh application forms are being submitted.
Malta: Live photo will be taken for both Long term & Short term cases. As per Malta Embassy, third country passport holders are required to get authorization from the embassy prior to submission of Visa Application regardless of the category of Visa.
Germany:
Ø Work visa applications can be submitted (with effect from 29.07.2019) both in Chennai & Hyderabad.
Ø Residential address in the application: As per consulate instruction Applicants / Agents must mention their current residential address in the application form for Jurisdiction purpose.
Ø Cover letter format: Cover letter should state purpose of visit, list of applicants travelling together & detailed Itinerary (Round trips).
Ø Photograph Specifications: The federal Republic of German Consulate Chennai has given a very strict communication that Travel Partners must check whether Photograph specifications( not more than 6 months old & the same should not be used for previous visa), mismatch of travel dates in the application form, tickets, health insurance before the submission at VFS.
Visa Fee changes:
Ø Slovenia: Visa Fees has changed with effect from July. Kindly check the VFS website for more details.
Ø Sweden: Visa Fee change with effect from 05.08.2019. Logistics Fee - INR 969, Visa Fee Adult - INR 4560, Visa Fee (6-12) -INR 2660, Visa Fee (Russian National) INR 2660.
Ø Czech Republic: Visa fee change with effect from 1st August , 2019.
Ø Estonia: Visa fee change with effect from 05.08.2019. Visa Fee (Adult) – INR 4580,Child between the age of 06-12 years – INR 2670,Service Fees: INR – INR 954
Ø Portugal: Visa Fee change - INR 4710.
Ø Germany: Visa fee change with effect from 05 August 2019.
Ø Austria: Visa Fee change with effect from 01st August 2019. Kindly check VFS website for more details.
Ø Netherlands: Visa Fee change with effect from 01st August 2019. Visa Fee INR 4610, Children (6-12) INR 2690, Logistic Fee-INR 1152.
Update for Germany - Karnataka & Kerala
Ø Please note, the application forms for Germany visas are available online and can be filled on the website. This will provide your customers greater flexibility in completing the application form, and make their appointment at the Visa Application Centre quicker and smoother.
